Colours indicate Personality

All students Studentstock.nl have completed a personality test. Based on the results of this test, Studentstock issues each profile with a colour. The colours show which strengths and values a person will add to a company, and in which context s/he we shine most. This vision is based on the Corporate Identity Model, which links business results to personality.
There are four personality colours in total: yellow, orange, blue and green. The 5 elements of the internationally accepted personality model Big Five are represented in these colours: extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability and openness. Each and every person carries these colours in them, in higher or lower levels.
The shortened profiles already show the student’s colour of personality. This makes the search process easier.
